Gravy Master takes grilled corn on the cob to the next level
6 Ears of Corn
1 tbsp GravyMaster®
½ cup Crumbled Cotija Cheese or Grated Romano
Cilantro, chopped, for garnish
Shuck corn and remove silk.
Brush each ear with GravyMaster®.
Place directly over heat on medium-hot grill.
Rotate when dark spots appear and kernels deepen in color and slightly shriveled (usually about 2 to 3 minutes) until ears are uniformly cooked (usually 10 to 12 minutes). The ear will be speckled with char spots.
Remove from heat, squeeze juice from lime onto corn, sprinkle with Cotija cheese, cilantro and serve.
